Refund & Return Policy
At Faith Guided Life, we are committed to providing meaningful, high-quality products created with care and purpose.
Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in special cases.
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at support@faithguidedlife.com. Our support team will do their best to assist you. We will replace defective items or incorrect orders after receiving a clear photo showing the issue along with your order number.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges if items are returned without contacting us first.
- Please do not return items to the address listed on the package.

REFUND / RESEND POLICY
We accept refunds or resends in the following cases:
- Damaged or poor-quality printed items
- Incorrect items (wrong design or wrong product type)
- Wrong size item sent by us (not the size you ordered)
- Orders not received within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international)
Please email support@faithguidedlife.com, and our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Processing Time
- Replacement orders follow normal production timelines:
7 business days processing + 2–4 weeks delivery - No replacement or resend fees will be charged.
- Refunds are processed once your request is approved. Funds will be returned to your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We do NOT accept refunds or resends in these cases:
- Customer chose the wrong size
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
- Customer does not like the material or feel of the item
- Order or address change requested after production or shipment
- Items returned without notifying Faith Guided Life first
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Handmade items: Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Printed items: Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery
After these periods, we may not be able to assist.

SPECIFIC CASES
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
After placing an order, you have 10 hours to request changes or cancellation by contacting our support team.
Once the order enters production, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
CUSTOMER ORDERED WRONG SIZE
Because each item is custom printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors chosen by the customer.
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEM
Although rare, if you receive a damaged item, poor-quality print, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photo of the issue
- Photo of the QR code on the package
Email us at support@faithguidedlife.com, and we will take care of the rest.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not arrived within:
- 30 days (US)

60 days (international)
(excluding 7–10 business days processing)
Please contact us for assistance or a full refund.
This excludes errors caused by incorrect shipping information or missed deliveries.
ORDER LOST / RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
- If tracking shows “Return to Sender,” we may resend the item, but refunds are not accepted.
