IMPORTANT TIMEFRAMES

Reporting Issues:

• Handmade Items: 7 days from receipt
• Printed Items: 30 days from receipt

Order Modifications:

• 10 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellations
• After this time or once in production, changes are not possible

Since each item is custom-printed with your chosen design, we cannot accept returns for size selection errors. Please carefully review our detailed size charts on each product page before ordering. We're here to help if you have questions about sizing!
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care in quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right! Simply contact support@faithguidedlife.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• The QR code from your package

We'll arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within our delivery timeframes, please contact us for a full refund. This policy doesn't cover errors in shipping addresses or missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

LOST PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot provide replacements or refunds for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If tracking shows your package was returned to sender due to delivery issues, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, but refunds are not available in these cases.
